Cathy Walker grew up reading The Black Stallion series, Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys, and tales of Misty of Chincoteague. As an adult, some of her favorite authors are Marion Zimmer Bradley, J.R.R. Tolkien, Nora Roberts, Karen Marie Moning, Lynn Kurland, Deborah Harkness, and too many others to mention.
She never thought she could actually write...until she did. She is now a multi-published author whose books cover a wide range of subjects but deal mainly with myths, legends, romance, and fantasy, and delve into the darker theme of witches and magick
Cathy lives on a farm with her husband and various animals…many of them rescues.
As well as being a full-time author, Cathy also designs book covers.
